Refund policy

New Confirma workspaces include a 30-day trial. During the trial you can connect a store and confirm orders without a paid subscription.

After the trial, Confirma is billed monthly in advance. The subscription renews each month until you cancel.

Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the following charge. Cancellation stops future billing and leaves your data available until the end of the paid period. Fees already collected for the current month are not refunded, except where a charge was made in error.
